France votes to create the “autonomy” of the branch of the social security


France the social security system currently covers four ” risks “: disease, old age, family responsibilities, and work accidents.This new fifth risk would cover the costs for people, particularly elderly people, whose independence has been compromised by physical, sensory or mental illnesses and disabilities.

The aim is to enable people who have suffered a loss of autonomy in order to be able to continue life as much as possible, devices, home adaptations and assistance.
