Four additional coronavirus deaths confirmed in Hull hospitals


Four other people died in hospitals in Hull after being tested positive for the coronavirus.The latest sad statistics come after there were no coronavirus-related deaths on Wednesday.

However, the HHS University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust announced Tuesday the tragic death of staff member Richzeal Albufera, who worked as a biomedical scientist at Castle Hill Hospital for 15 years, due to the virus.

The latest records show that three people died on Tuesday and another death was recorded on Wednesday.

The total for the region, which includes deaths at the Royal Hull Hospital and Castle Hill Hospital, has now reached 184.

Nationally, the death toll in the UK rose to 41,279 at 5 p.m. on June 10, according to the Department of Health, along with 151 other deaths.

Government figures do not include all deaths involving Covid-19 across the United Kingdom, which are said to have exceeded 52,000.

This is because people living in England will be able to form a “support bubble” with another household from this weekend.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced on Wednesday that single adults or single parents of children under the age of 18 will be able to stay in another home.
