With a certain number of big contenders in the general classification of the Tour de France the same names who would be considered among the favorites for the world title, the shock will inevitably be delicate decisions for many runners.

The elite women’s time trial will take place just two days after the conclusion of Giro Rosa, the first stage race of the UCI Women’s World Circuit. Similar tough decisions are to be expected there, with the best climbers among the best against the clock.
