Coronavirus case, the rise in Florida and Texas as the states gun forward with the reopening plans


Florida’s governor recognized increased testing alone cannot take account of the recent record number of new COVID-19 case. He said he will get tough on companies that do not respect the social distance guidelines, but does not change the status of the reopening plan, or to adopt a large-mandatory mask order.As Florida topped 100,000 case on Monday, more cases of young people testing positive.
