Confirmed: Attacker ends after City of Birmingham transfers collapse


Bright Enobakhare, the former Forward Wolves, who is almost relocated to the City of Birmingham last January, made a trip to Greece after his Molineux liberation. Striker Enobakhare, who left the Wolves by mutual agreement last month, had been looking for his next career choice after struggling to force his way into Nuno Espirito Santo thoughts.

After suffering a ready spell spell at Wigan in the first half of this campaign, he was sent to Molineux in the winter window and almost joined the Blues in beating the transaction deadline.

Blues were looking for additions in January after the release of David Davis, Fran Villalba and Alvaro Gimenez, among others.

The move broke down if, due to a lack of personal agreement and Enobakhare stayed behind.

The Blues of St Andrew City of Coventry tenants appreciated the fruits of Enobakhare’s abilities last season, having borrowed it from him for six months during which time he deducted six from the League One of the goals.

Now the 22-year-old has taken the plunge and signed up for AEK Athens in advance of the 2020-21 campaign.

“It’s a big movement [the transfer to AEK] and I’m happy to be here. To be honest, I have searched the internet, like YouTube, for the way the team plays and trains, and I think it will respond to my gameplay, ”Enobakhare told the club website.

“So, I’m happy to be here. I don’t want to talk about me, I think the stadium will “talk” about me. ”
