Carlo Ancelotti gives the triple Everton fitness update and makes Morgan Schneiderlin request


Everton will be without Yerry Mina, Fabian Delph and Djibril Sidibe for the Premier League trip to Norwich City tomorrow.Carlo Ancelotti confirmed the team is likely to be the same as the 20 selected for the goalless draw with Liverpool on Sunday after midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin completed an undisclosed move to French club Nice.

Ancelotti selected two goalkeepers for the bench against Liverpool while Cuco Martina – who is set to discover his future this week has also been included.

“Yerry Mina and Delph are close to coming back, but not available for tomorrow’s game,” the Italian said at his press conference on Tuesday.

“I hope they are available for the next game.

“We had no injury issues for the game against Liverpool, so he will be from the same squad against Norwich.”

Ancelotti added: “Djibril Sidibe is not available tomorrow. He has a problem on his feet, inflammation.

“I hope it will be ready soon.”

Schneiderlin completed a transfer to Nice after three-and-a-half-seasons at Goodison Park, but Ancelotti refused to criticize a player who missed an impact following a £ 20m pass from Manchester United, under Ronald Koeman .
