The “Pitch Perfect” star spoke to Vanity Fair for an interview about her role as Jessica Stanley in the 2008 film based on the Stephenie Meyer’s novel of the same name.
Kendrick, who appeared in four of the franchise’s films, recalled “being so cold and miserable” when filming the first film in Portland, Oregon.
“I just remember that my Converse was completely soaked and I felt like, ‘You know, it’s a really great group and I’m sure we would be friends in another era, but I want to kill everyone’, did she say. laughed. “Although it is also a kind of link. There was something like that, like you were going through a traumatic event, like you imagine people who survive as a hostage situation and you are a little bit linked for life. ”
Fun moments given that the actress said she was roughly at the audition, blowing her out and thinking that this would be an opportunity for the casting director to consider her for future roles.
Kendrick said that many people complimented her how moved they were about the speech, but said that she couldn’t take credit for it.
