The disturbing incident – which was filmed by a witness – held at Boxhagener Platz, Berlin, Germany.
Fortunately, a woman spotted the man who ran away with the child, and has continued – despite the fact she has her two-year old child with her.
The 27 year old woman, whose name has been changed to Heike S in the local media, has struggled to follow the great man.
She said: “He had noticed by now that I followed it. ”
Heike said that she had called for help and that an operator of a kiosk named in the reports as Zoran Z, 44 years of age, had come to his aid.
She added: “I’ve been lucky that he is there. ”
Zoran ran after the man and caught up, before asking him: “Is this your child? “
