Walt Disney World Warns Customers “Voluntarily Assume All Risks of Exposure to COVID-19” in New Disclaimer

With the reopening of some stores and restaurants in Disney Springs scheduled for Wednesday, May 20 (and others will follow on May 27), Disney has added wording to the Walt Disney World travel information website and to reopening of Disney Springs indicating that customers assume all risks associated with exposure to COVID-19 while visiting the complex.

On the Walt Disney World Travel Information website, you can find the following warning:

At Disney Springs, we reported earlier today that new information was available regarding reopening procedures for guests visiting the site. After the publication of the first message on the site, a new disclaimer was added later with the same wording regarding customer risk taking.
