An update on the epidemic at Conestoga Meat Packers in Breslau.
Two more cases were added to the Waterloo Region public health dashboard, bringing the total number of cases at this facility to 93.
As of Friday, the area’s acting medical officer of health, Dr. Hsiu-Li Wang, said 70 people have already recovered.
She also stressed that this does not mean that there was transmission in the factory, and it just means that it occurred among workers in the factory.
Public health and the Ministry of Labor are monitoring the situation.
