Foreign ministers from Turkey, Germany, France and the United Kingdom held a teleconference to discuss regional issues and the latest developments, a statement said on Tuesday.

The Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Mevlut Cavusoglu, Heiko Maas, Jean-Yves Le Drian and Dominic Raab met for a virtual meeting to follow the results of a summit of the quartet of Turkish, French leaders, German and British in March.

“At the meeting, the current situation in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and possible common measures to be taken, as well as the latest regional developments, in particular in Syria, Libya and Iraq, were discussed in detail “, Says the press release.
