The NBA star exposed “lies” that alleged he was the father and TMZ reported that he was taking legal action against his accuser.
The 29-year-old basketball player admitted to having passed a paternity test to prove that he is not the father and after repeatedly denying the request, said the test results proved that it was the case.
It has been reported that the paternity test he took in January “definitely concluded that [he] is not the father, “and the trial reflects that.
He asked Kimberly for damages for “publicly lying” about him by doing only a “home paternity test”, the NBA star insisted he had actually used one of the most renowned laboratories in the country.
Tristan allegedly offered to take a second test, to prove the first, as long as he is treated by another reputable laboratory.
TMZ reported that Tristan even turned to Michael Jackson in the documentation, with him writing: “To quote Michael Jackson,‘ The child is not [his] son.’ “

Tristan also alleges that the only reason Kimberly accused him of being the father is that she fell into hard times.
In the trial documents, Tristan claims that Kimberly has been evicted from five homes in the past seven years and was looking for a pay day.
It all started in the public domain after Kimberly posted the supposedly confidential DNA report on her Instagram page.
She accused the laboratory of “sabotage” and captioned the photo in the report with: “I know for sure that Tristan Thompson is the father of my child. “
Kimberly then brought Khloe Kardashian into the mix, accusing him of paying the lab to “fix the results.”
The Incredible Family star Kardashian and Tristan, the father of his daughter True, sent Kimberly a cease and desist letter, but the “babymama” also made it public, posting it on their social media.
According to reports in the American media, she was abandoned by her lawyer Lisa Bloom, who has represented a host of celebrities in the past.
