Suspected financier of the Rwandan genocide arrested in France


French police have arrested the alleged financier of the Rwandan genocide, while a sweep of an apartment near Paris ended a manhunt that lasted more than two decades.

Félicien Kabuga was one of the wealthiest men in Rwanda at the time of the 1994 genocide.
