Shahid Kapoor hosted a random “Ask me” session last night on Twitter and a fan asked him if he was doing a household chore during the lockout. Here’s what the Jersey star said.
Shahid also answered many questions, one of which was about the household chores the superstar could do during the lockdown to help his wife Mira. A fan asked Shahid, “Khana, bartan, kapde … Ye sab kare ho kya lockdown me? To this, Shahid humbly replied to the fan and revealed that he is in charge of washing the utensils. Not only that, Shahid also asked the fan what duty he was doing to help his family in the middle of the lockdown.

Shahid wrote: “Department of Mera bartan ka hai. Tumhara ?. Well, that surely left fans impressed with the superstar who is also trying to help with housework. Many were divided and asked Shahid to tweet a photo of him doing household chores too.

Meanwhile, on the job front, Shahid will be seen in the Jersey remake with Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur. The film is directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri and is produced by Dil Raju, Allu Aravind and Aman Gill. It was filmed in Chandigarh and it remains part of the filming. When the lockdown was announced, the shooting was canceled and Shahid returned to Mumbai to be with his family. The Jersey remake is expected to be released on August 28, 2020.
