Actor Sam Lloyd, who appeared on several television shows and played lawyer Ted Buckland in the comedy “Scrubs,” has died. He was 56 years old.
Lloyd’s agent confirmed his death Friday night but did not provide details of the cause. Variety reported that he had been diagnosed with a brain tumor and cancer last year, and that it had spread to the lungs and spine.
