Former WWE superstar Rusev aired on his Twitch channel on Sunday morning and answered a few questions from his fans.
A person asked him if he was missing wrestling and he replied, “No.
He noted that he watched the AEW Double Or Nothing program a la carte and enjoyed it.
He said the following about Double Or Nothing: “Last night was fun. I train from time to time and adjust my TV, my phone or whatever and watch AEW a bit. I don’t know if it’s legal to say that. Is it legal to say so? I look at my lawyer, is it legal to say? … It was fun, man. It was fun to watch, especially this main event. By the way, have you all seen this show?
Rusev was referring to the Stadium Stampede which closed the show. He added, “It was good. I had fun watching it. “
Rusev is currently under 90-day non-competition after being released by WWE last month. It wouldn’t surprise anyone to see him appear on AEW Dynamite once he becomes a free agent.
