Mike Tyson is ready to fight and speed up his return to the ring by saying “I’m back” in an Instagram post.

The undisputed former world heavyweight champion of the world has posted a video of his training, showing that he has lost none of his speed and power.

In the 25-second video, Iron Mike shows the sharp left and right hooks that struck many men at their peak.

Tyson, who retired from boxing in 2005 after losing to Kevin McBride, recently said he wants to return to the ring – for some show fights.

The 53-year-old father was called by Tyson Fury’s father John, Danny Williams, when there is also a rumor that he could face his former rival Evander Holyfield.

Tyson lost to Holyfield in consecutive games in 1996 and 1997, the second fight being remembered for the first biting the ear of the second.

Last month, speaking to rapper T.I. in a live Instagram story about a potential comeback from boxing, Tyson said, “I hit the mittens last week.

“It was difficult, my body is really elevated and really painful to touch the mittens.

“I train, I try to get into the ring, I think I will frame some exhibitions and get in shape.

“I want to go to the gymnasium and get in shape so that I can organize exhibitions in three or four rounds for certain charities and others.



“Some charity shows, earning money, helping homeless and drug-affected mothers like me.

“I do two hours of cardio, I cycle and the treadmill for an hour, then I do light weights, 300, 250 reps.

“Then I start my day with the boxing stuff, I go and hit the mittens, 30 minutes, 25 minutes, I start to be in better shape.

“I’m starting to assemble these combinations. It hurts, I feel like three guys chased me away. “
