MCDONALD’S has revealed why his menu is limited but promises that McMuffins will return soon.
The fast food chain reopened 39 drive-thru locations this week, after making the top 15 restaurants available last week.

This means McDonald’s fans now have two ways to maintain their Maccies solution – if they live near a participating restaurant.

The chain does not, however, offer a full menu, and now McDonald’s has shared more details about the reasons.
In an email to customers, the fast food chain said it had removed menu items that might be difficult for its employees to maintain while maintaining social distance in the kitchen.

Examples of items include wraps and shakes, said Paul Pomroy, managing director of McDonald’s UK.
He added: “These are two menu items that often create additional traffic in certain parts of the kitchen and we need more time to make sure we bring them back to you, without affecting the safety measures that we have put in place. square.
“I know it’s disappointing that these are your usual favorites, but in light of the challenges we all face, I really appreciate your understanding of the restrictions and changes we have put in place to help you and our people, to stay safe. “
Limited options always include fan favorites, such as Happy Meals, Big Macs, and McNuggets.
But there is no breakfast, which is due to the new opening hours.
Instead of opening the doors for orders early in the morning, Maccies operates between 11 am and 10 pm, hence the lack of McMuffins and bacon on the menu.
But in the good news for fans who miss their favorite Maccies items, McDonald’s has said it will start expanding its menu and hours in the coming weeks.
A McDonald’s spokesperson told The Sun, “Over the coming weeks and months, we will slowly be adding more services and menu items – including the reintroduction of our much-missed McMuffins, but only when we know we can do it while allowing our employees to work safely. “

McDonald’s has said it will confirm the schedule for the reopening of all driving services next week as well as the locations that will be available for delivery.
The decision to only open branches in the south of England has led some frustrated fans to feel as if the channel “hates the north”.
