You don’t have to travel far, very far to enjoy these movies. In fact, now more than ever, it is easier to Star Wars fans can watch movies from the Skywalker saga and even original shows exclusive to the Disney streaming platform. Here are some of the Star Wars movies coming to Disney + on May 4, including the last movie in the following trilogy, The rise of Skywalker.

“The Rise of Skywalker” joins the Disney + streaming library on May 4

Fans have seen Rey go from a scavenger to a Jedi to an honorary Skywalker. This character first appeared in The Force Awakens and since then has become a favorite among Star Wars fans around the world.

A few months after its theatrical release, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker joins the Disney + streaming library. This is the latest Skywalker Saga movie missing from the streaming platform, making it a magical “May the Fourth”.

“What started in 1977 with the revolutionary film by George Lucas Star Wars: A New Hope, the nine-part saga is available in Disney + ‘s extensive collection of Star Wars movies and series, including The Mandalorian, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story“Said Disney in a statement.

The 9 films of the Skywalker saga are available on this streaming platform

Strength is strong with this openness. The rise of Skywalker is the last Star Wars Skywalker saga movie added to Disney +. This means that fans can watch all 9 movies, including the original trilogy, the prequel trilogy and the sequel trilogy.

There are also films based in the Star Wars universe like Rogue One: a story from Star Wars. Unfortunately, Solo: a story from Star Wars is still missing from the Disney streaming platform and it would have been added in July 2020. Until then, there is a lot of original content available for the frenzy.

May 4 also hosts the finale of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” and “Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian”

In addition to films like The rise of Skywalker, a lot of original content is available on this streaming platform. After the brutal end of the series, Disney + brought back the animated series, The Clone Wars for one more season. Although the episodes appeared on a weekly basis, the final episode airs on May 4.

In addition, Disney + presents its original documentary series, Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, which explores the process of creating the original TV show from the streaming platform.
