Mark Wright reveals how he transformed his body with just 20 minutes of exercise a day


Mark Wright explained how he changed his physique during the lockout with only 20 to 30 minutes of exercise a day.

The former footballer revealed that he was not naturally fit and toned and that he was overweight when he was a child.

He said he has now found the right diet and workout plan for him – and he has the topless mirror selfies to prove it.

Mark, 33, has created his own Train Wright fitness plan and streams his workouts live on Instagram so his subscribers can participate.

Mark strengthened and shared his workouts with his followers

They are filmed from his home where he is in solitary confinement with his superb wife, Our Girl star Michelle Keegan.

He told the Sun that he still enjoys takeout, but as long as he does a half hour of exercise, four to five times a week, he is able to control his wavy abs.

He explained, “People see me now and say,” He’s naturally fit – it’s genetics. ” But I am absolutely not.

Mark posted a transformation snapshot to showcase his new abs

“My classmates call me a” chubby boy waiting to go out “because I like my food.

“And, like everyone else, if I get lazy and stop training, I quickly notice that piece of fat crawling. “

Like everyone else, Mark revealed that he sometimes had trouble starting in the morning, and he will have to push himself to start this training.

But he insisted that the benefits are incredibly rewarding if you can discipline yourself.

Mark recently released a side-by-side transformation comparison from January 2 to February 2, after saying that he had gained weight over Christmas and wanted to get back in shape.

In just one month, the former TOWIE star began to float and proudly presented a new six pack.

“January is always a tough time anyway to get back to it straight after a whole month of Christmas food and drinks. Personally, I think this is too much radical change, so I’m doing what I can.
