“I’m pretty much a vegan, so I ate fake meat – sausage sandwiches and stuff like that that I dug. “
He then explained, “I have set myself the goal of losing some weight. It may sound extreme, but I’m 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 17th, so I would drop a few stones if possible.
“I want to get out of this thing in the best shape I’ve ever been in, it’s something I really strive for. “
James explained that he had done 10-mile bike rides and had home training equipment at home.
