Former Adele trainer discusses weight loss and “fatty phobia charges” about photo showing her transformation

Adele received great attention for a photo and a message she posted on Instagram to mark her 32nd birthday this week. In the message, she congratulated the front line workers – but the photo is what started an online conversation. The photo revealed that Adele lost a lot of weight and that many commentators praised her, others criticized the emphasis on her physical appearance.

Now Adele’s former trainer Pete Geracimo talks about the star’s transformation, saying it was “never about getting super skinny. It was a question of finding her in good health. “

Geracimo said in an Instagram article on Thursday that “it is disheartening to read negative comments and phobic accusations that question the authenticity of his incredible weight loss.”

As Adele’s former personal trainer in London, it is disheartening to read negative comments and phobic accusations that question the authenticity of her incredible weight loss. In my personal experience of working with her through many ups and downs, she has always walked to the beat of her own drum on her own terms. She never undermined in any way her God-given talent. She let her incredible voice speak, or should I say sing! She never claimed to be something she was not. What you saw is what you got. And we all loved it! When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny. It was a question of putting her back in good health. Especially after pregnancy and after surgery. When 25 people dropped out and the tour was announced, we had to prepare for a grueling 13-month schedule. Meanwhile, she warmed up during training and made better food choices. As a result, she lost considerable weight and people noticed her. Her bodily transformation has been splashed in all media. The attention she received was breathtaking. Since moving to Los Angeles, it has been well documented that she has undergone difficult personal changes. It is only natural that the change gives a new sense of self and that you want to be your best version possible. She has adopted better eating habits and is committed to her physical form and “sweating”! I couldn’t be more proud or happier for her! This makeover is not for album sales, advertising or to be a model. She does it for herself and for Angelo. I hope people appreciate the hard work Adele has done to improve for the benefit of herself and her family only. She didn’t lose any weight to make others feel bad about themselves. This personal transformation has nothing to do with me or with you. It’s Adele and how she wants to live her life. She hasn’t changed from Adele we grew up with and loved. There’s just a little less of it going around. #adele #fabulous #strong #songbird #transformation #powerful #voice #love #rumorhasit #pt
