Nathan Fillion, perhaps best known for his roles in the television series Castle and Firefly, went on Instagram to thank a gas station attendant in the capital of Alberta for paying for her mother’s gas when she had credit card problems.
“The attendant bought his gas from his own pocket and only asked him to pay for it,” Fillion wrote on Instagram. “That attendant was Les Thompson, and Les? This woman was my mother.
“You are restoring my faith in humanity, sir. “
To pay later, Fillion wrote that he and his father would send three iPads and head to “a nearby superior health center so people there can visit their families.”
