With “around 80 to 90” people on site, the setting up of £ 1 million could take place from mid-July.
The show series would end in mid-August with British heavyweight Whyte taking on Povetkin in a temporary WBC heavyweight showdown.
Hearn told the Mail, “Imagine it. It’s summer, the house is all lit up, you can see Canary Wharf in the distance and fireworks go off.
“Then, on the hill, walk Whyte and Povetkin for a massive tear on my lawn. World boxing championship in my garden? Oh, go on then.
“It is a huge mission. We are going to transform our headquarters here into an open air place for live boxing, with a full canopy in the middle of the garden and the ring overlooking London.
“We are building dressing rooms for the fighters, setting up space for a walk around the ring and trying to see how we can do it all with as few people as possible.
“We are in talks with a neighboring hotel to take control of it for each week.
“The way it will work is that everyone involved – the fighters, their teams, the broadcasters – will enter the hotel on Tuesday and the fighter and their team will go to a test center at the hotel.

“You will enter, take a test, receive a room key and go directly to your room, where you will wait until you get the test result.
“The tests are complete and they take 24 hours, so the fighter will stay in his room until they get a call from our doctors, probably on Wednesday, with their results. If they are positive, they will leave the hotel immediately. “
“If they are not, they can leave their room and participate in the combat week obligations, all with social distancing.”
