Collider reports that Jerry Bruckheimer and Disney + are developing a National treasure TV series, which will present a new, younger cast.

“We are certainly working on a [National Treasure] for streaming and we’re working on one for the big screen. Hopefully, they will both meet and we will bring you another national treasure, but they are both very active… The one at Disney + is a much younger cast. It’s the same concept but a young cast. The one for the theater would be the same cast, ” said Bruckheimer.

The award-winning producer added that the television series “is in progress” and that they “have a pilot script made and a preview of future episodes. “He also gave an update on the situation of Jon Turteltaub National Treasury 3, saying that the film “is being written”, with Chris Bremner (Bad boys for life, Bad boys 4) writes the script.
