But Londoners are allowed to use benches, picnic tables, park shelters, skate parks, basketball courts, disc golf courses, and dog leashes without a leash.
No team sports are allowed.
The city is in the process of reinstalling nets on the tennis and pickleball courts. Those with nets are fair game for public use.
None of these facilities will be disinfected by city staff, so people who use them should wash or disinfect their hands, says the city.
“The safety of Londoners and staff is our number one priority when reopening park equipment,” said Scott Stafford, director general of parks and recreation. “I hope Londoners will continue to apply all health guidelines in these spaces.”
