Britain still in talks with France over quarantine exemption

LONDON, May 18 (Reuters) – Britain is still in talks with France over whether French travelers should be exempt from the 14-day quarantine requirement upon arrival in the UK, said Monday Culture Minister Oliver Dowden.

“Discussions are underway with the French on this subject,” he told Sky News.

The two countries said earlier this month that Britain would not impose quarantine on travelers from France at this stage, but Britain has still not given all the details.
