Brett Favre begins to repay the $ 1.1 million he received from Mississippi taxpayers for speeches he never delivered

“I would like to congratulate Mr. Favre for his good faith efforts to remedy this problem and make TANF taxpayers and families whole,” he continued. “To date, we have not seen any document indicating that Mr. Favre knew that the TANF was the program that had served as the source of the money paid to him. “
