Friday night, SmackDown celebrated the twenty-fifth anniversary of Triple H with a surprise appearance by Vince McMahon.

The segment started with Hunter entering the ring and Shawn Michaels joining him shortly after. HBK joked about the birthday celebration he had never had before cutting into packages of DX blooper and Triple H losses at WrestleMania.

Triple H got serious after that by thanking Steve Austin, The Rock, Mick Foley, Undertaker, Michaels and others for their help along the way. HBK stated that these people certainly helped, then mentioned that Hunter had met “Stephanie No Fun”.

Stephanie McMahon timed Triple H after that and commented on HBK’s lazy eye.

Ric Flair facetimized the next hunter and told him not to let Shawn finish the segment by hitting him with a superkick. He then recalled his crying on their way to the ad.

After returning from the break, Triple H was in the middle of a meeting with Road Dogg, but Shawn said they had to wrap up before he could talk about Katie Vick.

This prompted Vince McMahon’s music to strike as he went out on stage and said that under normal circumstances, he would have come to ring to kiss Triple H, as well as elbowing HBK.

He then roasted the entire segment that had been played to this point.

“There were other things in WWE that were more boring, how about the Gobbledy Gooker,” asked Vince. “I’m not saying your performance was so bad. It was more like a thing like Katie Vick. I mean, WOW! Some of you don’t know it … but this is Paul, my son-in-law … I said it, and he’s naked and he’s in a funeral home and this model. God. I don’t know why you are looking into these delps. It was bad. “

Adding: “At least it was not only boring, but in bad taste. And then it’s not that bad, because I might like your performance to please you, uh … I know … Bayley, “it’s your life!” Do you remember that one? It was crickets. It wasn’t Bayley’s fault, by the way. But nevertheless. “

Vince then got serious and said he loved Paul, which Triple H replied.

After that, McMahon started roasting the segment again and ended by saying, “Let’s finish, padre” before asking the team to turn off the lights.
