Todd and Julie stressed the importance of social distance, urging listeners to take the virus seriously, regardless of their doubts.
“I think for people who don’t take this seriously, that’s what we want you to hear from today’s episode. It is serious. This is something that we have been confronted with in recent weeks. Todd and I have been together for 25 years. I’ve never seen him in 25 years as sick as he has been in recent weeks, “said Julie.

“If you doubt, if you are blessed enough not to be personally touched by the crown, you should know that it is serious. There are people who die. We have to practice social distancing and we have to stay where possible. “
Todd says his biggest concern right now is the elderly population, as well as those with underlying health issues, as citizens who fall into these categories have been considered to be at the highest risk for complications from COVID -19, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

“I think of older adults who may not be as strong as me – damn, there may be stronger than me – and how they cope with an underlying disease,” added Todd . “Then I watch the news and I see children who contract it. It breaks my heart. I have never seen our country at a standstill. I have never been to a place in this country where I could not go and do what I wanted to do with reason. “
Chrisley joins a long list of celebrities who have contracted the new coronavirus, including Idris Elba, Debi Mazar, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson.
