And since Far from homeTom Holland’s Spider-Man is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Disney has tweaked its schedule to adapt it. Here is the breakdown:
An unnamed suite for Spider-Man: in the Spider-Verse was moved from April 8, 2022 to October 7 of the same year. And from its July 16, 2021 release date, Tom Holland’s third untitled film with Spider-Man, which will likely deal with the final revelation of his secret identity to the public, has been moved to November 5, 2021.
Shortly after Sony shared the decision, Marvel Studios announced that it was moving its Strange Doctor in the Multiverse of Madness from its release date of November 5, 2021 to March 25, 2022. This means that 2022 will see two Marvel Cinematic Universe films in as many months, with Thor: Love and thunderFrom February, that Disney slightly exceeded up today, February 18, 2022 to February 11, 2022.
So this is not all bad news! We obtain Thor a week earlier. And also, Unexplored in July 2021, rather than October.
