“I’m extremely suspicious, but not only of her, of this whole circle here,” said Chronister during the special. “I don’t want to hint at or imply that she is [Baskin] a person of interest and that’s what we’re focusing on. I’m not comfortable saying it yet.

“Look, there isn’t normally a single person who commits a homicide, it’s always a few people.

“It had to be extremely planned, it had to be well thought out. There is someone else involved in it, there is someone who is paid to do it, there is someone who helped to do it. ”

He went on to say that if someone involved came forward, they would be offered an agreement or “immunity”.

“I hope this person wants to come and take his chest and help the police do the right thing,” he said.

“The offers are reduced and listened to, all the offers are on the table at the moment. Help us solve this case. ”

Harvey Levin of TMZ, who produced the special, told Fox News that Chronister believed that Lewis had been murdered and that several people were implicated.

“He believes that with a promise of immunity, which he will give, he can get the culprit,” said Levin.

“Don has not disappeared and has fallen into a void,” he added. “There are reasons why the sheriff is very suspicious.”

No one has been charged with the disappearance of Lewis, but he was declared legally dead in 2002, five years after his disappearance.

Two months before Lewis’ disappearance, he applied for a protection order against Baskin and alleged that she had threatened to kill him.

Baskin denied Lewis’ request and the request was denied.
