Ryan Thomas detailed the difficulties of raising his newborn son Roman without his family in the midst of the coronavirus shutdown.
In a sincere article shared this weekend, the 35-year-old soap star admitted that he was “full of fear and loneliness” as he self-isolated with fiancée Lucy Mecklenburgh.
The actor, who shared his message next to a sweet photo of Ryan kissing his three-week-old child, also offered to provide new parents with baby supplies during the global crisis.

The former Coronation Street star has taken isolation very seriously since British Prime Minister Boris Johnson plunged the nation into isolation last month.
The drastic measure, which has also been implemented in countries like Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, has kept Ryan away from his loved ones, even causing his eldest daughter Scarlett, 11, to meet his little brother via FaceTime.
Admitting quarantine has taken its toll on his mental health, Ryan said, “Isolation. I have thought a lot about parents who are going to bring a baby soon or who have just had a baby like us in this crazy world we live in right now.

“Stay strong and positive”: the actor also offered to provide new parents with baby supplies during the global crisis.

Thanking his partner Lucy, 28, for having cheered up in the midst of the pandemic, the father of two explained: “Each day is a new challenge with a newborn baby, fortunately, me and Lucy, we met and work hard as a team to take care of our baby in our little bubble.
“It is disturbing not to have the support and comfort of loved ones and the knowledge of normal medical care available if necessary and this makes you feel very vulnerable.

The thespian also helped by offering to send baby products to those struggling to adjust to parenting.
Caring Ryan finished his post: “it’s only a small gesture, but if you need diapers, baby grows, formula, maybe I can send the post we have or I can order for you online.

Ryan – who shares his older child with Tina O’Brien, 36 – and former TOWIE star Lucy welcomed little boy Roman Ravello last month after a three-year romance.
The fitness guru announced her pregnancy last August after the song was offered during a trip to the Amalfi Coast in Italy in June. The couple met on Celebrity Island With Bear Grylls in early 2017.
