MEGHAN Markle plays the lead role in the documentary Disney + Elephant, which begins airing today, and it seems Prince Harry also participated.
The Duchess of Sussex is the voice-over for the film – which documents the journey of a herd in search of water and was joined by her husband in the recording studios.
Speaking to People’s filmmakers, Mark Linfield and Vanessa Berlowitz, revealed that Harry was there to give advice to Meg while recording at Pinewood Studios in London in October.
“It was amazing to have [Harry] over there, “says Berlowitz.
She went on to reveal that the Duke of Sussex had provided a little direction, as he said “the cheap seats”.
Linfield added “Harry was correcting his pronunciation!” “
According to the filmmakers, the feminist Meghan had been “absolutely fascinated” by the matriarchal leadership in the herds of elephants and the “empowerment of women” that accompanied it.
They added that as a mom, Meghan, who had left Archie at home during the recording, was linked to the mothers’ journey in the herd.
The Disney nature documentary is starting to air on Disney + today.
It shows the annual and spectacular migration of a herd of elephants across the Kalahari in search of food and drinking water, leaving the Okavango Delta in Botswana during its dry season, towards the Zambezi and the falls Victoria.
The trip is led by matriarch Gaia, 50, whose sister Shani, a spring chicken at 40, has a full trunk with Jomo, a year old.
According to the bookies, 38-year-old Meghan, who previously starred in the American show Suits, should not win an Oscar for this role.
She is 20/1 with Ladbrokes to win an Academy Award for Elephant.
