The Buffalo Bills had to patiently attend the evening of the first round Thursday evening, but on Friday, the Bills finally had the chance to add to their roster. General manager Brandon Beane had no desire to return from the team’s first selection at No. 54 and ended up with Iowa defensive end AJ Epenesa. However, Beane admitted he was starting to feel the pressure of missing the Utah ball carrier Zack Moss and tried to ride a handful of choices to secure his player.
