The 40-year-old singer tested positive for Covid-19 with her three-year-old son Jameson and spoke harshly for President Donald Trump because she said more Americans need to be screened.
Taking Instagram, Pink – whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore – shared a sweet snapshot with her son who was accompanied by a long legend.
She wrote, “Two weeks ago, my three-year-old son Jameson and I had symptoms of COVID-19. “
She continued, “Fortunately, our primary care doctor had access to tests and I am positive.
“My family was already at home and we have continued to do so for the past two weeks following our doctor’s instructions.
“Just a few days ago, we had a new test and luckily we were negative.
“It is an absolute travesty and a failure of our government not to make the tests more accessible. “
She added, “This disease is serious and real. People need to know that the disease affects young and old, healthy and unhealthy, the rich and the poor, and we need to make testing free and more widely available to protect our children, families, friends and our communities. ”
It happens when the singer of So What generously donated one million dollars (£ 815,000) to emergency funds.
She donated $ 500,000 (£ 407,000) to the Temple University of Philadelphia Emergency Fund and the Mayor of Los Angeles’s Covid-19 crisis fund.
She said, “Thank you to all of our health care professionals and to all of those who work so hard to protect our loved ones.
“These next two weeks are crucial: please stay at home. Please. Stay. At home. “
