Nick Cannon had a personalized Nipsey Hussle tribute painted on his 1964 SS Impala in honor of the first anniversary of the rapper’s tragic death.

Some, like Nick Cannon, have gone beyond paying tribute to the rapper and activist. In honor of Nipsey’s signature mantra, Nick obtained a personalized blue work of art similar to Nipsey with the words “The marathon continues”, painted on his 1964 SS Impala. Photos, which can be viewed here, show three different images of Nipsey painted on the trunk of the car, as well as the symbol of the checkered flag that became associated with its slogan. Signs indicating the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and Slauson Avenue are also displayed, along with angel wings.

Nick allegedly commissioned Jr. Kustoms to do the paint job about two months ago, in preparation for the anniversary of Nipsey’s death. Impala is currently being held in Nick’s NCredible Motorsports warehouse in LA After Nipsey’s death, Nick has vowed to continue the work that Nipsey had started on a documentary about the controversial self-proclaimed healer Dr. Sebi who claimed to have the cure for various of the deadly diseases before he was mysteriously killed. However, Nick has yet to update whether he has made progress in this endeavor.
