Mike Ashley’s private plane returns to the UK as Newcastle United usines sold ’fan factories sign outside St James‘ Park

Mike Ashley’s plane returns to the UK as Newcastle United fans eagerly await the announcement that they hope to end the mandate of the Sports Direct tycoon in charge of the Magpies.

Whether Ashley was on board has not yet been confirmed with her private jet, which has also been used previously by family and business members.

The plane landed at Luton last night after a flight from the United States yesterday.

Ashley has been in Miami throughout the virus pandemic, but Newcastle staff have received no indication of the takeover talks, other than assurances that he will be the first to know when the deal will have been concluded.

During a weekend that brought a supporter to plant a “sold” sign in the ground outside St James’ Park, close to the agreement believe that news will emerge in late April, the Premier League currently going through paperwork and processing a test from the owner and the manager.

Sources on Ashley’s side, however, insist that the exclusivity of the agreement for a consortium in the Middle East continues until mid-May.

Amanda Staveley, the Reuben brothers and the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund have remained silent and have observed the nondisclosure agreements in place on the proposed £ 300 million buyout.
