Maryland Governor Hogan presents three-step plan to reopen businesses when coronavirus declines

As part of Hogan’s reopening plan, the first step would lift the order to stay home, but would keep many businesses and indoor businesses closed. Some small businesses may reopen and offer street curbside pickups and drop-offs, doctors may perform elective procedures, religious institutions may offer “limited attendance” at outdoor worship, gymnasiums may offer outdoor classes , other outdoor work may resume with restrictions and certain recreational activities may resume, including boating, fishing, golf, tennis, hiking and hunting.
