Lindsay Lohan, the famous American actor, has just made his comeback … on the music scene?

That’s right, not including the excerpt from a track called Xanax – released exclusively via IGTV on Instagram in 2019 – the 33-year-old woman released her first single in 12 years on Friday, Back to me.

The two-minute, 30-second pop song release was initially teased by Lohan on Tuesday and marks his much anticipated return to the industry.

“I’m back,” she wrote on Twitter, teasing the imminent release with an open-eyed emoji.

Unknown to many, one of Lohan’s last musical contributions – before Xanax – was a feature on Duran Duran Danceophobia song in 2015.

As of this writing, it is unclear whether Lohan plans to release a full third album or even work on additional singles.
