Karl Anderson indicates where he will go after his WWE release

It seems that Karl Anderson has already planned his next steps for his wrestling career after the announcement Wednesday that he was one of the many WWE stars who were released due to budget cuts.

Anderson posted a video on Twitter that appears to imply that Tokyo, Japan is his next destination. Obviously, with his history with New Japan Pro Wrestling, it would seem like it would be obvious for him to fight for them again when they start performing shows full time.

The belief is that the main line-up talent is in a 90-day non-competition, so whatever he decides to do may have to wait until July, when the non-competition expires. . Anderson (and possibly Luke Gallows) is likely to attract interest from All Elite Wrestling if Tony Khan seeks to spend money on talent. Several AEW stars have clauses in their contracts that allow them to work for NJPW, so AEW is still a very real possibility.
