If you can’t wait to get your Wicks patch live every day, you’ll have to open YouTube and wait at 9:00 a.m.BST every day.

How to look on a Roku key:
More advanced than a Chromecast, the Roku key easily turns your TV into a smart hub. Once connected, press the “source” button on your remote control and access the HDMI port where your Roku key is located (or, with some modern televisions, just press the “Home” button on the Roku remote control to get the same thing) .
From there, open the YouTube app and access the Body Coach TV at 9:00 GMT… or launch it on your smartphone or tablet and look for the “cast” icon above, tap it and see if the Roku is listed (which it should be if all devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network).

How to Watch Joe Wicks’ PE Workout on an iPad
You have two options here: if you’ve already downloaded the YouTube app to your tablet, just search for “The Body Coach” and click the icon at the top of the screen for “Body Coach TV”.
From there, you’ll see a list of all the videos, and at 9 a.m., the new option should appear, although you may need to refresh.
You can do the same if you do not do have the iPad application by going to your Safari or Chrome browser and clicking on the link to the Body Coach’s YouTube channel – you can play the video directly from there and click on the full screen option in the lower right corner.
