Celine Dion, Justin Bieber and Ryan Reynolds are among the stars expected to appear tonight on a Canadian broadcast COVID-19.

“Stronger Together, Tous Ensemble” is a multiplatform event centered on a $ 150 million campaign to support Food Banks Canada.

The programming also includes musical acts Shania Twain, Anne Murray, Michael Buble, Alessia Cara, Bryan Adams, Jann Arden, Sarah McLachlan and Buffy Sainte-Marie.

Other celebrities expected from their homes include Mike Myers, Margaret Atwood, Geddy Lee, Daniel and Eugene Levy, and Catherine O’Hara.

Organizers say Murray will address the recent shootout in his home province of Nova Scotia during the show.

The organizers also say that Drake will send a message to the Canadians to close the show.

Many English and French Canadian broadcasters will broadcast this special on dozens of television, streaming and radio platforms, including CTV, CTV2, CP24, CTV.ca, the CTV app, iHeartRadio.ca and the app iHeartRadio Canada.

This report from The Canadian Press was first published on April 26, 2020.
