Dr. Phil has a few home remedies for pandemic stress buildup in your quarantined body – they are simple and don’t take much time. Phil says the first thing you need to do is recognize that life is pretty messy and stressful right now – so make a conscious daily effort to deal with it. The good news from the good doc – who joined us on Tuesday on “TMZ Live” – is that you just need a very basic exercise – 10 seconds of tension, 10 seconds of relaxation. Watch the video, Phil is doing a tutorial. He also recommends breathing for 3 seconds and exhaling for 6 seconds to release tension and relieve physical stress. It sounds almost too simple, but Phil has told us that the mental stress that comes from self-isolation is a very real and potentially debilitating thing – so take the time to relax and breathe. Oh, and when your mind starts to run … make sure you think of the right things. Phil has a checklist to keep you on track.
