MIZ TV: The Usos arrive immediately to make fun of talk shows in general and say they will win the team titles at Mania. New Day arrives and challenges their claim to win the championships because they will win. The Usos say they are saving New Day from “Dumb and Dumber”, they say and Miz & Morrison arrive. They claim they deserve better, that their opponents do not deserve a title shot and that they will thrive like the winners at Mania. Miz knows that Usos & New Day will destroy each other and that they will remain the greatest tag team of the 21st century. They’re all fighting, a Usos Kofi superkicks and Big E attacks, but the champions line up the others with ladder shots. So we claim that this match is going as planned.
Tamina vs. Naomi vs. Lacey Evans: Sasha & Bayley are commenting. They fight the bell, attacking Tamina until Tamina cuts and throws them. After the break and Tamina works on Naomi, follows with clotheslines and then butts. Naomi responds, hits the kick of the disaster and Lacey is back, also attacking Tamina. The broncobuster follows and Naomi takes her out on the floor. Banks attack Lacey, Naomi pulls her out, Tamina Samoan drops Naomi and who gets 2. Bayley attacks Naomi and Tamina hits the superkick for victory. Tamina defeated Naomi & Lacey Evans at 7:25 am via a pin [*] A bad match with an effort to make Tamina a threat after being MIA forever.
– After the match, Tamina presents Bayley & Banks.
– Tucker trains and meets Mandy before his confrontation with Dolph Ziggler.
From WrestleMania 24: Shawn Michaels vs. Ric Flair: I know we were all hoping for a good game, but I had very high expectations. Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania does not disappoint, and I had a feeling that with Shawn there, his family present and the feeling of breaking up one last time, the Nature Boy, RIC FUCKING FLAIR would walk on this island and do what he has done better than anyone in the past 35 years. They started with grappling and Flair seemed to be playing right away. Flair had to press from top to HBK and not only did he go upstairs, but he was also able to connect with a cross body. I scored. HBK would send Flair to the ground and then almost kill himself because he would miss the Asai Moonsault on the ground and eat the Raw table. It had to be zero. Flair went to work, hitting the butterfly suplex and cutting HBK’s life. Later, they made a top rope moonsault spot on the ground, which only grazed on Flair. Some people threw a shit attack right away, but I was still digging in as HBK brought Mr. WrestleMania to Flair. HBK looked like he was in charge when he made his signature comeback, but he stopped on the superkick and Flair scoped his legs and locked the number four, and the crowd jumped! HBK would escape, only to find his way. After turning the plug, Flair released him, he strutted around and watched the control until he ate a super shot from nowhere. He was then tuning the band, but Flair was down. He tried to pick it up, then the dirtiest player in the game went into survival mode and HBK at low level. Flair used a wrap with tights and a peek to try to win, but HBK continued to fight. They started swapping chops again, and out of nowhere HBK nailed another superkick to Flair. Shawn went around the corner to settle the group, but the look on his face told you it was the last thing he wanted to do. Flair got down on his knees and told Shawn to do it, knowing he had given it all and that was the end. Shawn looked at Flair and said … ” I am sorry I love you. “ HBK then threw the superkick, pinned Flair, immediately hugged him after the bell rang and Flair cried as he lay there, knowing it was over. Shawn Michaels defeated Ric Flair @ 20:25 via a pin [****] The people in the crowd were crying, Flair’s family was crying; I bet a lot of the boys behind the scenes were crying and hell, I shed a tear. Flair meant so much to my personal fandom, and I don’t think they could have done a better match. The crow is great here, they knew that Flair was losing, but they thought they believed one last time. One or two small missteps don’t matter here; it’s maybe one of the most moving games I’ve ever seen and a WWE montage sent for Flair and that’s why I loved it.
– Michael Cole announces that Elias against Corbin is still active after Corbin attempted to kill Elias last week. Goldberg will now defend against Strowman for no reason. Fucking lazy.
– Otis and Tucker meet and Tucker says that Mandy asked questions about Otis. Otis receives a text and leaves.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Tucker: Dolph uses its speed to avoid Tucker, but is quickly cut with a clothesline. Dolph shoots back and hits a neck breaker and a dropped elbow for 2. He knocks Tucker to the ground, then follows with a dropkick for 2. He knocks things down again, but Tucker shoots back and pulls him on the loops and hits the big boot. Tucker then shifts and the DDT follows the break after the break and Dolph has things back to earth again. Tucker responds, tosses Dolph and slams him at the announcement table and then at the barricades. Tucker then shoots him on the steps and returns, the side slap gets 2. Back on the ground and Dolph casts his eyes, and zigzags on the steps for a DQ. Tucker defeated Dolph Ziggler @ 9:25 via DQ [**] It was ok and the post game angle went well.
– Mandy cancels the attack and Otis saves. The strange video deal is back and the hacker shows the night that Mandy did not have a date with Otis, showing that Sonya messed up the date via Mandy’s phone, deleting texts and Mandy is shocked. She also sent Dolph to meet Mandy. Mandy goes out on Sonya while Otis is chasing Dolph.
– Sonya tried to explain herself to Mandy, but Mandy refuses and leaves.
Daniel Bryan vs. Shinsuke Nakamura: Gulak, Sami and Cesaro are at the edge of the ring. They grip each other to begin with, working on the mat with Bryan aiming at the arm. Nak kicks back, but Bryan returns to the arm and builds the action. Nak responds but falls on a dropkick. On the ground and Bryan follows with the flying knee strike, and back, Bryan heads up and hits the missile’s dropkick. They work upstairs and Nak against RANA, hits the flying kick and covers for 2. He follows with kicking and sliding German. After the break, Bryan returns with clotheslines. kicks to the ground until Nak against the knee kicks. He kicks until Bryan cuts him and covers for 2. He targets the arm, grounding the action until Nak responds with the kick in progress. The inverted XPLODER follows, and Kinshasa is countered in a half-crab. Nak makes the strings and they exchange kicks, knee strikes by Nak and Bryan the arm bars, but Nak against and they work in counters like Bryan against in an arm bar. He went on to lock YES and the Cesaro attacks for the DQ. Daniel Bryan defeated Shinsuke Nakamura @ via DQ [***] It was a good game with a poor finish, Bryan should have won clean, and you could always have made the post-game attack.
– After the match, Sami & Crew beat Bryan and Gulak. Bryan then eats the kick Gotch, Kinshasa and Helluva.
John Cena Responds to Bray Wyatt’s Firefly Funhouse Challenge: Cena arrives and talks about doing the shows without a crowd, and says that the talents were curious and that they had to learn a lot, but they have sailed back in time and now we are heading into an unprecedented craze. Tomorrow night, the first show will start, it will be an epic show and nobody knows what’s going to happen. He was challenged to a match that he has no idea what it is and neither does he think Bray dope. But it can lead to fear, panic and collapse, the demon thrives. He is not afraid, will not panic and will end up with Bray what he started with him 6 years ago. Bray is not even below him. Call him the hacker Mr. Rogers and say that Goldberg exposed him. He’s ready to retire, but the demon has brought him back and he’s going to kick his ass. he accepts his ridiculous challenge. Ramblin Rabbit is alive and says that Cena will play with them forever while the other puppets appear. The demon arrives and Bray appears behind Cena, scares him and they leave. So ok.

The final score: review TortureThe 411This week's WWE Smackdown episode was the final boost for Mania, and as a regular show was not good, but as a return home effort for Mania, it was even worse. Shit ends, nothing really engaging to sell Mania, the lame Roman ad, not dealing with the Miz / tag title situation, and the only thing that is really worth a match from 12 years ago years. I know the current situation sucks, but at least Raw has delivered some killer and compelling promos, but it really feels like Smackdown isn't even really trying. AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS NOT ANNOUNCED WHICH GAMES ARE BROADCASTED TO WHAT NIGHTS IN MANIA!
