MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Governor Tim Walz has launched a new website where Minnesotans can find a COVID-19 test site near them.
Here are the latest titles from the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • 9:37 p.m. The St. Paul Fire Department received 7,348 donated face masks.
  • 6:49 p.m .: The Minnesota Nurses Association released a statement saying it had “serious concerns” about the governor’s executive order 20-46.
  • 5:07 p.m .: Governor Tim Walz today signs Order 20-46, authorizing certain out-of-state health professionals to provide assistance to Minnesota during the COVID-19 peacetime emergency.
  • 3:03 p.m .: Wisconsin health officials said 331 tests for COVID-19 have returned positive in the past 24 hours, the largest one-day increase since the start of the epidemic.
  • 2:25 p.m .: Wisconsin has tested more than 60,000 people. After 62,825 tests, 5,687 people were found to have the disease and 266 died.
  • 12:30 p.m .: Sixty people were at the governor’s residence to protest the Minnesota home stay order on Saturday.
  • 11 a.m .: The Minnesota Department of Health update on Saturday indicates that another 244 Minnesotans have COVID-19, and another 23 have died.
  • 10:40 a.m .: Senators Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith joined a group of 22 Democratic senators to send a letter requesting that future legislation to fight the coronavirus pandemic include resources to meet the “urgent housing needs” of survivors of domestic violence and sexual.
  • 9:16 a.m .: Caribou Coffee workers said they plan to protest the unsafe working conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic in cars outside a Roseville road on Monday.
  • 8:58 a.m .: US Senator Amy Klobuchar helped write a letter calling on agencies to resolve problems with the meat supply chains during the COVID-19 pandemic.
