Lockdown really brought out the ingenuity of many of us, many going to their kitchens to try to recreate their favorite fast food items that they are currently unable to get hold of Minute.
If you’ve finally managed to perfect your own KFC DIY recipe but still feel like something’s missing, why not whip up a batch of this seemingly close enough to the real deal?

To do this, you will need five tablespoons of flour, four soup spoons butter, quarter tablespoon garlic powder, black pepper and sage, beef bouillon cube, one poultry bouillon cube and two cups of water.
To make your sauce, make the bouillon cubes with boiling water and set them aside. Then mix your flour, garlic powder, black pepper and sage in a bowl.
Then you will need to melt the butter over low heat, before adding the flour and herb mixture and stirring constantly.
Once it becomes a beautiful golden brown Color, slowly start pouring your broth – don’t forget to stir or it will become lumpy. Increase the heat to medium and continue to cook until it thickens.
And that’s it – the work is good.
