Callum Hudson-Odoi has revealed that he is in constant communication with Jadon Sancho and has admitted that he would like Borussia Dortmund star to join him at Chelsea.

The international teammates share a good relationship from their youth days in England, and both are from South London.

Sancho has been associated with a return to the nation’s capital this summer as it assesses its options for transferring stakeholders.

Chelsea are looking for their signature and their close ties to Hudson-Odoi could be a big advantage for the Stamford Bridge club.

“Sancho and I are crazy up close, we talk every other day, we always see how we get along and how we do,” Hudson-Odoi told Michael Dapaah in an Instagram Live interview.

“We make sure we both do well, obviously he is doing well and having a great season.

“We always make sure everything is fine. Obviously, he’s a great player, I love playing with him – he’s a great player to play with.

“For England too, we have played throughout the ages, so the connection has always been there.

“I have sometimes played against him in the Youth Cup matches where we clashed for England, the bond has always been there and we have always loved playing with each other. “

Man Utd is also interested in signing Sancho, but Dortmund is charging £ 100-120 million for his star winger.

Reports suggest the Bundesliga squad is now confident of retaining the 20-year-old by offering him a one-year extension on his current £ 9m contract per season.

But that didn’t stop Hudson-Odoi from dreaming of collaborating with his friend at the club level.

“The way we play with each other, we know how close everyone is on the field every time and we love to play with others,” he added.

” I do not know [if he’ll come]. Of course, I would love him to come to Chelsea.

“We have had a great partnership all along, the way we play with each other is amazing. If he came, the link will still be there. “
