Hours after Pete Thamel of Yahoo Sports announced that Boston College graduate transfer quarterback Anthony Brown was to engage in Oregon, the dynamic appellant himself confirmed the news on social networks.
Brown, a three-year beginner at Boston College, is expected to compete with sophomore Tyler Shough red T-shirt for the vacant start shift position.
“I would like to thank God for all the blessings and opportunities He has given me that have made me the man I have become today,” Brown wrote. “To my family and friends who were involved in my journey from start to finish, I thank you and I love you all.

Finally, thank you to all the coaches who saw my potential, I am extremely grateful for the time you have invested in me. ”

As a junior, the 6-foot-2, 220-pound signalman played in six games before sustaining a leg injury, but threw for 1,250 yards and nine touchdowns with two interceptions, plus 210 more yards and a score On the ground.
For his career, Brown had 4,738 passing yards, 40 touchdowns and 20 interceptions.
