Atomicrops, Switch’s next roguelike farming simulator, has been dealt with a final release date on the Nintendo platform. You can get your hands on it from May 28.
We first heard of this one in March of last year, noting that it seemed to be an intriguing mix of Stardew Valley and Fall. You see, there is a lot of agricultural simulation gameplay to enjoy, just like your usual casual titles, but this time you do it in a post-apocalyptic wasteland full of enemies, weapons and power-ups.
” Atomicrops is a roguelite action farming simulator. Armed with your hoe, a water bucket and a fully automatic weapon, you must grow ultra-GM crops to feed the local city … and make big profits. Defend your land against pests and mutant bandits who invade at night to ravage your fields. Court and marry the townspeople to fight and cultivate alongside you. Gather upgrades to increase yields, profits and power. Make friends with local wildlife to help you with your tasks. ”
It has been in early access on PC for some time now, and all updates that the game has received during this period will pass on the first day. This includes a major update bringing two new spouses, new mushroom bonuses and a total of ten difficulty levels with score multipliers.
